Hi there! My card this morning is all sunshiny and light. I'm using the My Favorite Things Wednesday Stamp Club sketch #32, with the embellishment flipped to the right, and Flourishes stamps. The colors work perfectly for the CR84FN Color Challenge #36.

This little sweetie is from a new set called Sweet Days of Summer.

This is the first time I've sponged clouds and it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I don't have a cloud mask, so I just made my own with three circles I punched from cardstock. I used two 1-1/4" circles and one 1" circle. I arranged them how I wanted, taped them together, and sponged over them with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. Easy.

I sponged Crushed Olive Distress Ink for the grass and just lightly around the edges of the oval, then stamped the girl. I colored the flowers in the stamp with a Copic marker (Y38-Honey).
The sentiment is stamped on vellum with Staz-On and cut out with one of the Ribbon Tag Trio dies. I didn't need the ribbon slits, so I trimmed them off. I colored the pearls with the same Y38 marker I used on the stamped flowers.

On the inside, I used a sentiment stamp from the Sweet Nature stamp set and added the tiny butterflies from the same set as the little girl stamp.
Cut a few rectangles, did a little sewing, added half a doily, some raffia and a flower, and Poof!, I was done. ;)

I hope you have a sunshiny day today! Thanks for stopping by.
