You can't see it in the photo, but the black strip is dry embossed. The scalloped edging is covered in a glitter paste that I made after seeing a video tutorial on Linda's Paper Boutique blog. I used Mod Podge instead of Glossy Accents and it worked great. I haven't used a lot of glitter in the past because of the mess, but this was so easy and clean, you'll probably be seeing it a lot more from me in the future. I love how it looks and the best part...it stays put! Note to self: I must get lots of new glitter colors!
